Senior Backend Software Engineer

Trust in SODA have teamed up with an exciting Series B Start-up, with $40m in funding, who are empowering businesses to develop healthier human-centered digital experiences, by leveraging Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize technology that supports recreation, health care, and psychology.

You will be responsible for:

• Design/Implement Microservices in Go.
• Working on Greenfield projects to design software architecture based on business requirements, strategy, and priorities.
• Implementation of security and data protection systems.
• Write highly scalable, high-volume services and identify new value add opportunities for end users.

We would like to see someone who:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• Experience with building Microservices in GO.
• Strong background with commercial Cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Knowledgeable with distributed systems (Kafka, NoSQL, SQL, Redis).
• Good ability to derive and design technical specifications from general product requirements.
