Seeburger Developer

To start ASAP and run until Dec 2024

Location: London/ Hybrid

Pay rate: £500 - £570 per day Inside IR35

My client is looking for a specialist Seeburger Developer to join their projects team responsible for spearheading the design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient, and high-performing Seeburger solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background working in IT within Banking and Financial Services industry and solid technical knowledge and understanding of Seeburger products, internal workings, and ETL/BPM tools in general.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain deep understanding of Seeburger products and solutions, including components such as adapter engines, transport engine, process engine, conversion engine, data store, and system information layer.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in code management and deployment techniques specific to Seeburger products, with expertise in BIC md and landscape manager.
  • Engineer technically efficient and scalable application designs.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of initiatives for the service, engaging vendors as needed to expedite delivery.
  • Review and evaluate solutions and hotfixes provided by Seeburger, making informed decisions regarding implementation risks.
  • Possess experience with other ETL/BPM tools besides Seeburger BIS, enabling comparison of benefits and challenges.
  • Offer architectural and engineering guidance to Seeburger product development

Key Skills:

  • Good experience with ETL and BPM tools.
  • Seeburger application development, with hands-on experience in mapping, validations, solution design, and scripting.
  • Proven track record of leading deliveries in highly complex ecosystems.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Seeburger products, internal workings, and ETL/BPM tools in general.
  • Technical proficiency in Java, Spring Frameworks, and Oracle SQL.
  • Expertise in Unix shell scripting and working knowledge of Python.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure implementation patterns like containers and VM deployments.
  • Exposure to implementations on-premises and on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
