I'm looking for a Scala Developer on behalf of a climate-tech company who are passionate about protecting forests across the world.

Responsibilities include; writing clean code, creating documentation, building secure & scalable systems, collaborating with other team members & knowledge share.

You will be responsible for backend development & work with a wider engineering team of 5, you will be involved in ETL process & implementing data pipelines. The business has come a long way in the last year & many development processes could be improved/built upon.

Their stack is Java, Scala, AWS Docker, Kubernetes & Terraform, and infrastructure as code, we are open to different stacks although Java is a must, ideally if somebody has experience working with data pipelines or IoT/streaming it would be beneficial.
