PMO Lead

My client is a highly successful technology and manufacturing company.
They are in need of an experienced and ultra-organised PMO lead to support a Programme Manager running a business-critical programme with a large budget in their broad experience portfolio in e-commerce, front end and digital experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Programme Manager will all administrative and organisational tasks related to the programme.
• Resource planning/management experience
• Experience managing Planview
• Microsoft Project experience
• Budget monitoring/management experience

Key Skills:

• Project Management experience/ portfolio or PMO leadership experience required
• PlanView, or any PPM tool knowledge and subsequently, resource management and allocation experience
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business problems
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
