Role Overview:

You will join a team of 5 people, who have built an automated SaaS Platform on top of GCP, fully automated in IAC with Terraform and observability with open telemetry, Prometheus and Grafana. This role encompasses oversight of cloud infrastructure, automation, observability, and security. Your contributions will drive the optimization of internal services and the enhancement of a breakthrough SaaS product.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, operate, and elevate cloud infrastructure for optimal performance and usability. (GCP)
  • Drive automation, observability, and reliability initiatives for cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer to enhance information security standards.
  • Work on projects aimed at scaling and refining services to meet industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform engineering, ideally using GCP.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and associated practices.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and a collaborative team player.
  • GCP & Kubernetes (Ideally GKE)

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong background in employing observability tools, ideally leveraging Open Telemetry / Grafana.
  • Familiarity with Information Security principles under ISO 27001.
