Lead User Researcher - Hybrid Role

Location: Salford Quays (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience

Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Lead User Researcher to spearhead our user research discipline. You'll have the exciting opportunity to shape and develop our research function within our multi-disciplinary experience design team. Leading and coaching a team of user researchers, you'll drive high-profile projects and briefs, playing a pivotal role in maturing user research and embedding user-centricity within our organization.

As a Lead User Researcher, you're an expert practitioner with a passion for planning, designing, and leading research activities. With a solid track record in user-centered design practices, you'll align user research activities across multiple teams and mentor others to assure and improve our user research practice.
