I am currently partnered with a leading health insurer and healthcare provider seeking out an experienced Lead User Researcher.

This role will lead and develop the user research discipline across the team. With a relatively small team, you will be able to contribute heavily to the research function and help build it out.

The right candidate will be well experienced in planning, designing and leading research activities to provide a deep understanding of people that use my client's products and services.

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- Analysis and Synthesis.

- Inclusive and Ethical Research

- Strategic Insight

- Technical Understanding of relevant technologies and services.

- User Centred and Agile Practises.

- Thought leadership and increased adoption & advocacy with senior leadership.

The role is based in Salford Quays - Manchester, offering a very flexible hybrid working model, looking to have candidates come in as often as they would like, considering each candidate on a case by case basis. They are very big on collaboration, so the more the better!

They can offer up to £65k + 10% bonus, plus a generous benefits package as standard.
