IT Project Manager (Workday)

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months - view to extend
Location: Hybrid / Remote & Wiltshire
Rate: £600-650 PD
Engagement Method: Inside IR35

I have a vacancy for an IT Project Manager skilled in Workday implementations to work for a leading household brand. This role will focus on HR processes, integrating Workday with Fieldglass and SAP Ariba systems.

Key responsibilities

• To own the project budget and resourcing.
• To communicate clearly and regularly with all project stakeholders and senior members of the team.
• To manage project risk and issues, escalating where appropriate to Programme Manager.
• To manage 3rd party vendors through the development and rollout

Essential skills:

• Proven success and experience in managing medium to large scale projects with lots of moving parts
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
• People management system
• Experience with Fieldglass > Workday integrations would be ideal, but any system integration knowledge will be beneficial; ServiceNow, Ariba, Fieldglass etc

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
