About the Opportunity:

As the team expands, an ambitious IT professional is sought to join and contribute to this transformative journey. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in cloud-based operations, supporting project teams locally and internationally.

Based in Liverpool Street - 2 days per week on site.

Your Role:

• Microsoft 365 & Azure Support: Provide support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party cloud-based apps like VoIP & CRM systems.
• 3rd Line Support: Be the go-to support for the 1st/2nd Line Support Team.
• Fault Management: Manage faults through their lifecycle, ensuring resolution within SLA.
• System Improvements: Suggest improvements and raise RFCs where necessary.
• Project Support: Provide support for Project & Development Teams.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate, resolve, and identify root causes of incidents or problems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and concise systems documentation and hardware/software inventory records.

What We Look For:

• Professional Credentials: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and more.
• Industry Experience: Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall environments. Expertise with Redhat/Centos/Ubuntu Linux, PowerShell, Bash, Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Terraform is highly regarded.

Salary: £40,000-£50,000
