HR Team Lead

Start Date: June 2023 - We can accommodate a reasonable notice period

Contract Length: 6 months + Guaranteed extension

Location: 100 % remote working

Pay: 250€ - 310 € per day

I am working with a leading global consultancy that is looking for an HR Team Lead to be responsible for all HR operational activity across the employee lifecycle including performance experience, all leave, rewards, benefits, global mobility, and offboarding.

Ideally, we are looking for someone that would be able to start this project in May 2023, however, we can accommodate a reasonable notice period.


  • Support the Head of People Operations in delivering a proactive and efficient People operations function. This function is responsible for all HR operational activity across the employee lifecycle including performance experience, all leave, reward, benefits, global mobility, offboarding.
  • Manage the day to day responsibilities of our people operations team to provide a consistent, knowledgeable and professional service across our employee lifecycle processes, in line with policy, best practice and legislative requirements.
  • Ensure the effective delivery of our HR processes in a joined up, engaging and customer focused way working to defined SLAs.
  • Deputise for Head of People Operations where required.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to the team in dealing with employee queries.
  • Build on and continuously develop our knowledge documentation and support resources to ensure consistent approach across the team in resolving queries.
  • Participate in the identification and delivery of key projects/continuous improvement initiatives/additional offerings. Partner with HR Tech team to improve system processes.
  • Collaborate with key partners on People insights, trends and opportunities to drive proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with other people-centered teams (Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, L&D, Reward etc.) and stakeholders (Finance, IT, Legal, etc.) to keep shaping impactful moments along the employee journey


  • Experienced HR professional with 5+ years experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR generalist activities
  • Degree in HR, business or similar area
  • Experience in people management, managing, coaching and developing team members in a busy environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with people from different levels of the organisation and across the different lines of business.
  • Customer focused approach
  • Ability to build trust and stakeholder relationships both within the business and HR.
  • Ability to balance conflicting demands, manage issues/projects and deliver to deadlines.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification desirable.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a good bonus
