Soda have partnered with a company who specialise AI technology to provide customizable solutions for businesses! They are on the hunt for a talented Lead Marketing Manager with a passion for innovation to join the team!

Role: Lead Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing Manager

Location: Berlin - Hybrid Working (can also support relocation!)

Salary: €80k (+comms/bonus)

You will:

• Set up the marketing function from the ground up, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Diverse marketing channels, including performance marketing, digital marketing, and affiliate marketing to drive growth and engagement.
• Manage junior marketing colleagues, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional development.
• Implement the right marketing tools, and decide which tasks to manage in-house and which to outsource for optimal efficiency.
• Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives with a strong focus on quantitative marketing strategies to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Does this sound like you?

• Marketing and Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in both hands-on marketing roles and in managing and building marketing teams from scratch.
• SaaS Experience
• Expertise: Deep understanding of Product-Led Growth and the ability to drive growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.
