They are looking for a Manager with experience managing a global IT support team with a strong technical background covering Windows, Citrix, Exchange and Cloud. The Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working with Senior Management, stakeholders and vendors.

Working under a forward-thinking IT director, you will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership for the global Technology Operations team
• Design, implement and provide oversight for a range of service management processes and controls
• Oversee all Technology Operations requests, incidents, and problems
• Manage and oversee the budgeting process for the Operations Team
• Develop the Group's Operational Technology Strategy
