What you'll bring:

• Over 10 years of experience in software development and delivery within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• More than 5 years of experience leading teams of both managers and individual contributors
• A solid technical background with expertise in system-level testing, quality infrastructure, and/or CI/CD frameworks.
• Experience guiding cross-functional engineering teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.

What you'll do:

• Provide strategic direction and vision for the platform engineering team, aligning development goals with company objectives and long-term plans.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and development of scalable, reliable, and efficient platform software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Drive initiatives for performance optimization, scalability, and security enhancements within the platform software.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and planning for the software development team.
• Identify and address technical risks and challenges, proactively resolving issues that may affect software development timelines or quality.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management on progress, challenges, and strategies related to platform software development.
