Delivery Lead

£700 - £900 Inside IR35 depending on experience

My client is currently looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join them on a 12 month contract responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of IT capabilities by managing supplier performance, overseeing project plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and engaging with stakeholders to achieve business priorities and seamless transitions into operational support.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of multiple multi-million-pound projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in highly complex and fast-paced environments.
• Experience working within an outsourced model, either as a client or supplier.
• Responsibility for all aspects of project delivery, including financial management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and manage the expectations of diverse stakeholders.
• Capable of analysing information and making decisions in ambiguous or challenging situations.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and accountability for project outcomes, leading by example.
• Adaptable and capable of navigating change quickly, acting as a catalyst for transformation.
• Able to manage conflicting challenges, seek appropriate support or frameworks, and constructively challenge norms.
