About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise operational efficiency and drive business growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, finance, human resources, project management, and customer service.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of innovation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive informed decision-making.
• Drive organizational change initiatives to adapt to evolving market dynamics and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• A Background in accounting (Must have)
• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably within the technology sector or early stage start ups
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
• Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence and managing cross-functional teams.
