Currently, they are actively seeking a Commercial Director to lead and transform the UK/Europe/ROW account management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of successful Account Managers, aiming to elevate the Account Management function to maintain the company's position as a market leader. This quota-driven team is dedicated to renewals, cross-selling, and cultivating client relationships, with a primary focus on your role being to inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team. This position is fundamentally a people management role, emphasising the importance of team dynamics and individual growth.
Every Thursday in the London office, paying up to £120,000pa with a £200K OTE.
