Position: Cloud Engineer

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 12 Months

Location: Munich, Germany

Trust in Soda is working with a leading global consultancy to recruit talented Cloud Engineers with expertise in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your cloud skills across various locations in Germany, playing a key role in driving cloud adoption and innovation within the healthcare sector.

About You:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

· Proven experience working within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry, understanding their specific cloud needs and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GxP).

· Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts like infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS).

· Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.

· Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.

What You Will Do:

· Collaborate with clients from various functions within Life Sciences/Pharmaceuticals to understand their business needs and cloud migration strategies.

· Design and implement secure and scalable cloud architectures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

· Migrate existing on-premises applications and data to the cloud.

· Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management.

· Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance.

· Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on their cloud journey.

· Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and trends.
