Job Title: Change & Communications Lead
Duration: 12 Months
Daily rate: £750PD - Inside IR35
Location: Remote - Travel for meetings

Role Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation Programme the Change, Communication and People Lead will be responsible for
Leading all aspects of the Finance Transformation Change Workstream and engagement with senior leadership and executives to gain buy-in.
Developing and owning the Programme change and engagement plan
Driving the stakeholder management processes with the Programme Leads, providing strategic guidance and support as required
Supporting the design of a new Finance support operating model to ensure sustainability of new solutions and new capabilities.
Guiding programme and Business Change resource on effective use of the Business Change Framework to ensure successful implementation and realisation of programme benefits.
Identifying communication needs and working with the Communication & Engagement analysts to define the appropriate communication plans and delivery
Driving delivery of the Design and deployments phases, change & engagement deliverables, including change impact assessments, action plans, user journeys and change assets and ensuring 'Deployment Readiness'
Working with the HR Learning team to develop the Learning Needs Analysis for pillars supported
Management of resources within the team, e.g., Communication & Engagement analysts, 3rd party consultants and HR teams.
Skills and Expertise
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:
Extensive experience in the Business Change discipline, delivering into multiple project lifecycles using agile methodology, preferably in a Finance Transformation Programme.
Experience of influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels of a large complex organisation; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Deep subject matter expertise in large complex programmes with a very strong understanding of all Business Change disciplines (organisational design, education and training, communication and engagement, business readiness) and best practices.
Ability to think strategically, keeping the overall organisational and Finance vision in mind and relating to business needs.
Quantitative and qualitative analytic skills to support Programme delivery and recommendations for corrective actions where appropriate
Led a highly skilled team of change practitioners and communication analysts which included 3rd party consultants
