Role: Business Analyst

Location: London/Hybrid 2 days onsite required per week

Rate: £350 - £450 Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months with possible extensions

One of the top 10 universities is currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support two dynamic change portfolios: Campus Experience and Research Innovation & Operations. This role is divided equally between the two portfolios, requiring strong stakeholder management abilities and technical expertise.

Experience in higher education or facilities management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and engaging stakeholders, and establishing a working group.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops with various estates teams to understand current processes and requirements.
  • Assessing the feasibility of implementing processes within the new platform.
  • Conducting process modeling of the current and future states.
  • Supporting the testing phase for the updated processes in the new platform.
  • Designing a suitable support model for the new processes.
  • They require a dedicated Business Analyst to support a technically-focused Agile Product Team responsible for developing and maintaining Research Output related systems.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Conducting data mapping and analysis.
  • Collaborating with the Solutions Architect to develop High-Level Designs.
