We've just had an incredibly exciting project signed off with one of our clients in the software security space. We've partnered with them exclusively to build out a brand new software engineering team for their Irish office.
There will be multiple hires to make over the next few months but we're starting it with a Senior Software Engineering role focusing primarily on Golang. They tend to prefer Go for software engineering tasks and Python for data intensive work.
There's a lot of really interesting stuff to get your teeth into in this role, initially with the team focusing on the maintenance of several data pipelines as well as a new billing and metering implementation. The plan will be eventually to migrate those data pipelines with the team then available to tackle new key engineering tasks and projects.
Key tech requirements:
- Hands-on engineering experience with Go is preferred, but if you've got strong Python development skills and are open to picking up Go, please do still apply
- Python and Java
- Experience working in an AWS environment is preferred but GCP and Azure backgrounds can also be considered
- Good Database experience with the likes of SQL, Graph QL and No SQL technologies.
- A big bonus would be having already spent time in a fast/hyper growth tech company/Start-Up
