Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience
- Providing effective database support and maintenance
- Oracle and SQL Server
- Provide database administrative support and guidance
- Database lifecycle support (provisioning / deletion / patching / upgrading / migrating)
- Back-up and Recovery
- Monitoring and Alerting
- Change and Incident Management
Skills Required:
- 4+ years of engineering
- Oracle and SQL Server
- Oracle RAC, Oracle Restart, ASM, Oracle Data Guard & SQL Server Always on High Availability
- Database Performance Tuning and Optimisation skills
- ITIL Service Management awareness (Incident, Change & Problem Management processes)
