Location: Remote (within the UK)
Salary: Up to £300 per day (PAYE)
Contract: 12 Months
Start date: ASAP (with consideration of notice periods)
What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end design process, shaping experiences that impact millions of users.
- Work as the sole designer in a cross-functional team with 8 Engineers, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Execute a fully formed H1 roadmap while strategically influencing the H2 roadmap.
- Design across mobile and web platforms, crafting intuitive and visually compelling interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with a senior designer (who has prior experience with Flows) for guidance and critiques.
- Engage with the broader design team, contributing to design critiques and offsite discussions.
- 5–10 years of experience in UX/UI design, prototyping, and visual design.
- 5 years of experience designing consumer-facing products on mobile/web (Experience designing for businesses is a plus.)
- Passion for pixel-perfect visual design, strong attention to detail, and fluency in prototyping.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
