The role requires English language skills, and candidates to be Switzerland based, ideally Zurich and surrounding areas as travel is required due to hybrid working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting tasks.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, resource allocation plans, and risk registers.
- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify potential roadblocks.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate status of Projects Portfolio and performance to stakeholders.
- Manage project templates, methodologies, and tools within the PMO framework.
- Facilitate project meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
- Provide administrative support to the PMO team, including managing schedules, calendars, and communication channels.
Desirable Requirements:
- Change Management skills (e.g. Prosci certificate)
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince 2)
- Experience working in a PMO environment.
The role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement and is a long-term contract position.
