AutoScout24 are looking for UX Team Lead to join their highly skilled design team. As an important member, you will be managing a team of up to 5 designers and managing an exciting product that is continually it's success on the German market.

What you'll do

• Lead design projects across the entire product life cycle and multiple product launches
• Work in close cooperation with a cross-functional team to ensure growth and success on projects
• Manage up to 5 designers and support personal development individually
• Have full autonomy of your work as you will still be actively designing

What you'll need:

• Experience in leading a team
• Experience working with complex products and complex organisations
• Fascinated thinking about design process holistically
• Comfortable with working in fast paced, ambiguous environment
