Job description

Software Engineer (Python)
Python/C++, Kubernetes, Open-Source tools, AWS/GCP/On-premise, CI/DI Applications, Docker
Munich

My client works with enterprise companies who rely on their software to provide solutions for their autonomous vehicles.
This is one of the few start-ups that is making profit and actually making money. They raised $350 million to date, and have $300 million in the bank still, meaning they have a run rate of roughly 10 years if they all of a sudden stopped making money!
They have exciting growth plans and are looking for at least 2 Software Engineers to join them on their journey.

What will you be doing?
You will be developing tools and maintaining customer's Software using Python and deploying them into enterprises. This is a unique opportunity as you will get to deploy using different Cloud Systems like AWS, GCP and On-premise. This means you get more exposure and enhance your skills with Cloud Systems you may have not got the chance to use.
In addition to this, you will be developing internal tools to make the company more efficient with their product that they offer for the automotive industry for autonomous cars.
In this role you will get a chance to grow from an equity and career standpoint. On the equity side, you can expect to get promotions year on year if doing well as this is a business critical role, and there are routes to a leadership position, or SME/Tech Leader. On the equity side, with promotion, means increased Stock/Shares which is continuously growing.

Key Requirements:

  • Good Software Engineering skills in Python (will also look at someone with a C++ background)
  • Someone good on the infrastructure side with using Docker and Kubernetes + deploying
  • Good experience with AWS/GPP/On-premises and deploying in those environments

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience in building software for autonomous vehicles
  • Someone who has been customer-facing for end-users.
