What you will be doing;

• Looking into insights and translating them into design hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with UX Research and product teams to validate ideas with the user in mind
• Conceptualize solutions with mind maps, information architecture, wire frames and prototypes
• Be a mentor and coach to junior designers to help them understand the importance of user needs
