We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Data Migration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and successful migration of data from SAP RE-FX to SAP R3/S4.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze source data in SAP RE-FX and identify potential migration challenges.
• Develop and execute comprehensive data migration plans using proven methodologies.
• Leverage your expertise in data mapping, cleansing, and conversion to ensure data integrity.
• Configure and utilize SAP data migration tools like SLD, LTMW, and LSMW.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand and meet their data migration requirements.
• Test and validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness.
• Document the migration process and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot any data migration issues that arise.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP data migration best practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP Data Migration Specialist (2+ years preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP RE-FX and SAP R3/S4 data structures and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools like SLD, LTMW, and LSMW.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like ABAP or Python.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.
