PMO (Project Management Officer)

  • Duration - 6 Month INITIAL Contract
  • Location - Global (2 weeks per month) - Ireland (100% Remote Working Model)
  • Full time Freelance Contract - 8 hours per day 5 days per week
  • Start Date - Soon as candidate can be available.
  • Rate - €500+ Per Day (Negotiable on Experience)


My Leading Global, Specialist Consultancy client are currently in the market for a PMO (Project Management Officer).
They are looking for a dynamic person with ability to manage your own workload with high degree of initiative. You'll be passionate about engaging with people as you'll be the first point of contact for partners and stakeholders involved in the delivery of the project and will coordinate the delivery, budget, issues and risks of the project.
You will make sure the project is well-organised and that it runs smoothly, including communicating with stakeholders and contacts within the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.



Skill Set:

  • 5 + years' experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Scheduler / PMO
  • Ability to simplify multiple project schedules developing a clear, top-down view of program drivers & inter-dependencies which can be easily understood by stakeholders at all levels
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Primavera P6 EPPM
  • MS Project



Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Assisting with resource scheduling so that delivery partners have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget and delivery schedule, as directed by the line manager.
  • To represent the project at a strategic level with commissioners and stakeholders, when the manager is unavailable.
  • Lead in internal co-ordination between departments to ensure systems are developed to support effective delivery of the project.
