Primavera OPC Support Consultant/Engineer (Oracle Primavera Cloud)

I have a vacancy for a Primavera OPC Support Consultant/Engineer (Oracle Primavera Cloud) to work for a leading consultancy to support tickets in ServiceNow, testing support, releases, risk and service improvement.
You will work independently but as part of a small Primavera/OPC support team, and a larger wide support team. The role will receive tickets in ServiceNow and do assessments and investigation, all whilst keeping the client informed and updated.
Additional responsibilities may include testing support for upgrades, impacting releases, considering risks, issues, continual service improvement and internal training. You will have a close working relationship with SDMs who are responsible for the overall service.
- ITIL background or training
- Deep knowledge of the OPC product from a functional and technical level
- Knowledge of ServiceNow beneficial
- Understands OPC business processes
