The Onboarding Manager ensures the efficient onboarding of retailers and restaurants onto the B2C digital marketplace, focusing on enhancing and simplifying the process for a seamless integration experience. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role involves coordinating all aspects of onboarding, including documentation, system integration, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding Management: Ensure timely onboarding of new partners, coordinating initial contact, documentation, and training.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement enhancements to streamline the onboarding process.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for new partners, providing support and gathering feedback to drive improvements.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs, offering ongoing assistance during initial engagement.
- Documentation and Compliance: Manage necessary documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and report on key performance indicators to the Head of Operations.
