Leading London-Based FinTech that building a new, green field FinTech cloud platform is now looking for experienced Lead Java Engineers to help them spearhead this big project and set the future.

You will be working in a very collaborative environment, they are not looking for a silent chair in a room, but someone who not just understands the requirements, but also why are these decisions made, and how to make what they have better - a self-starter if you will!

You will be working closely not just with the rest of the BE team, but with Project Owners, BAs, Front-End Developers, Architects, Talent Team - so communication is important

Key technologies - Lead Java Engineer:

• Excellent understanding of Java and Microservice Architecture (Further stack: Java, Spring, Azure, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Microservice Architecture)
• Leadership - the good, bad and the ugly! Coaching, mentoring, reviewing, supporting..
• Communication
