Java Technical Lead

If you're an experienced Java Lead who is going to take the extra free time to have a look for something new, this will be a role you should definitely apply for!

I'm working with an established tech and digital consultancy who are searching for new technical lead to join their Dublin based team.

This is still a hands on role but we're looking for someone who's very comfortable leading a team and mentoring more junior engineers. It needs to be someone who's used to coordinating with teams across multiple locations and time zones and is able to lead global projects with enterprise clients.

Technically the role can suit anyone from a number of backgrounds (Java, .Net, JavaScript, Kotlin, Python, Typescript) but the preference would ideally be for a highly experienced Java architect.

If you're someone who's passionate about building and leading successful development teams as well as remaining hands on and close to the code, this is the perfect role for you.
