My client is looking for a French speaking IT Systems Engineer for an initial 36 month contract to join their Network & Cyber Security Team, focusing on the Digital Identity service line.

The main purpose of the role is to address support activities within its Identity Management and Access Governance (IGA) department.

The context of the desired delivery for the project focuses on 4 services:

• Identity Management (Lifecycle and Data Quality) (AGI)
• The Active Directory environment (accounts, groups, and passwords)
• Privileged Access (PIAM)
• Password management (WiPass)

Responsibilities:

• Processing and tracking requests from users of the MyIdentity service
• Requests for bulk updates of data relating to identities, rights, structures
• Generating data report extractions at the request of users
• Manage compliance review campaigns at the request of users
• Assistance to users in the use of the service
• Processing and tracking requests from users of the WiPass service
• Controlled update requests for user challenges with manager validation
• Assistance to users in the use of the service
• Processing and follow-up of requests from users of the PIAM service
• Controlled update requests for user challenges with manager validation
• Assistance to users in the use of the service
• The processing and follow-up of user incident tickets in level N1/N2 through the tools concerned or emails.
• Participation in the functional and technical acceptance phases in the case of software base versions or the provision of new functionalities on the MyIdentity service
• Maintenance of FAQ and User guides documentation for users of the service
