Job description
IT Application Support Engineer
Location: 5 days a week in Zurich, Switzerland
Duration: 6 months initially with a view to extend
Day Rate: 400 CHF (Swiss Francs) per day
Responsibilities:
- Experience in IT application support/monitoring
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with ITIL processes"
- Good understanding of ITIL processes- Incident, Problem, Change and Release management.
- Strong knowledge in DB event monitoring setup with visualization using Grafana.
- Good working knowledge of Moogsoft, AIOps and Grafana
- Strong understanding of basic and advanced UNIX and SQL/PL-SQL commands.
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Knowledge of scheduling tools like Informatica IDMC, Control-M.
- ITIL certification.
- Knowledge of banking and finance domain.
- Exposure to Big Data/ETL/Cloud technologies
