IT Application Support Engineer

Location: 5 days a week in Zurich, Switzerland
Duration: 6 months initially with a view to extend
Day Rate: 400 CHF (Swiss Francs) per day

Responsibilities:

• Experience in IT application support/monitoring
• Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with ITIL processes"
• Good understanding of ITIL processes- Incident, Problem, Change and Release management.
• Strong knowledge in DB event monitoring setup with visualization using Grafana.
• Good working knowledge of Moogsoft, AIOps and Grafana
• Strong understanding of basic and advanced UNIX and SQL/PL-SQL commands.
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Informatica IDMC, Control-M.
• ITIL certification.
• Knowledge of banking and finance domain.
• Exposure to Big Data/ETL/Cloud technologies
