An industry leading prestigious firm, currently have a unique Permanent opportunity for an Support Engineer. The client is based in Southampton (offering hybrid working) and they are looking for an engineer to join their team of talented engineers as the business continues to grow.
They are looking for a skilled engineer with strong technical support background covering Windows, Citrix, Exchange and Cloud. The Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide high quality IT Support. The client is happy to offer training in specific applications and technologies, so an effective communicator with a willingness to learn is their priority!
Some of the key skills required for this role include:
Extensive experience working with Windows Operating System
Azure/Microsoft Active Directory
Office 365, Exchange
Citrix
Basic networking (Switches, Routers Firewalls)
Experience providing remote support
Desirable skills:
SQL
Teams
Bachelor's degree or relevant industry certifications
