IAM Consultant

  • Location - The Hague - Hybrid/remote working options available

  • Duration - 10 Months

  • Full time Freelance Contract - 8 hours per day 5 days per week

  • Start Date - Soon as candidate can be available.

  • Rate - €67.50 - €87.50 Per Hour (Negotiable)

  • English Speaking business environment


I'm currently working with a Netherlands Based, oil and gas company, who are currently in the market for an IAM Consultant.



Skills required:

  • Good Understanding of Identity Management across Organization.

  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, JML process , authentication methods.

  • Good skills in analysis, solution development, stakeholder management, communication, implementation and documentation.

  • Analytical skills to think through the entire identity lifecycle Team player who works closely across different workstreams within the BCR Project to deliver a complete solution to the project.

  • Work on definition of migration strategy and migration planning.

  • Understanding the current IAM process and explaining the To-Be IAM process in Shell.

  • Work closely with the business to drive understanding of Shell information management guidelines.

  • Manage Identity Creations & Activations, Workday history migrations Work closely with IRM team to for assuring compliance w.r.t. Identity Definitions.

  • Registration of Third-Party companies & TPA account creations.

  • User data Analysis Requires good understanding of Identity Management of the Organization (on-premises & Cloud) Prepare IAM questionnaire and collect present artifacts of the organization.

  • Analyze and create Company codes & Location codes.

  • Define Inter-dependencies between IAM and other workstreams.

  • Work closely with TCS & Wipro teams for smooth execution of the project.

  • Work with Workday migration team on mapping of workday history migration from Connect.shell to newly created GID accounts.

  • Define use cases for collaboration tools, define business case for any tool retention or any other step-outs Identification or creation of test data for PoCs.

  • Validation of final data content for production migrations.

  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills End User Compute Skills required: EUC Lead must understand a typical IT End User Computing landscape including Laptops, Monitors, Keyboard, Mouse, Mobile, Tablets, Printers, application, integration and infrastructure layers.

  • Experience in EUC projects including Mail migration (M365, Google Suite).

  • Good skills in analysis, solution development, stakeholder management, communication, implementation and documentation.

  • Must have analytical skills to think through the entire IT lifecycle (Development Lifecyle, Architectural alignment, Support and Operations) Team player who works closely across different workstreams within the BCR Project (End User Compute, Connectivity, Identity and Access Management, Architecture, Controls & Compliance) to deliver a complete solution to the PC.

  • Responsibilities Input into definition of migration strategy and migration planning.

  • Understanding the current EUC process and explaining the To-Be EUC process in Shell.

  • Work closely with the business to drive understanding of Shell information management guidelines Complete discovery of current EUC landscape, document the summary, design and deploy the Shell IT standards Prepare EUC questionnaire and collect present artifacts of the organization.

  • Work closely with the technical resources and Architects to plan and drive the implementation from discovery to cut over.

  • Work on completion of pre-requisites for hardware order placement and place order as per Shell standards in alignment with the SOLs.

  • Procurement and contract set-up with Ricoh for printers, Shell smart card procurement and contract set-up

Connectivity Skills required:

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, implementation and documentation of solution development

  • Understand complex IT landscape, IT Infrastructure domain, including LAN & WAN, Telephony, Cloud migration & AV IT onboarding and transition experience of Network, AV , IOT, On-prem and Cloud IT infrastructure Working experience in matrix organisation, and connect the dots of various of complexities

  • Team player who works closely across different workstreams within the BCR Project to deliver a complete solution to the PC
