I am currently partnered with our Berlin-based client specialising in the tourist domain as they look to welcome a Head of Product to the team.

Your main tasks as Head of the product will include:

• Coaching and developing a team of 6-8 PMs
• Develop the product vision and strategy of the company's main 3 pillars.
• Collaborate with numerous different stakeholders to help define and set shared goals

Ideal Head of Product

• Strong Knowledge of the B2C market and enjoys the customer-centric approach.
• Experienced in leading product management teams.
• Good understanding of agile development is a must and having agile/Scrum certification would be advantageous.
• Solid Business sense as well as a good technical understanding
