Global Data Privacy Program Manager

Start: ASAP

Length of Contract: 6 - Months

Location: Dublin 2

Rate: €450 - €550 Per Day

My global, automotive technology client is looking for a Global Data Privacy Program Manager for an 6- Month contract based in Dublin, on a flexible, hybrid working model.

Experience Required:

  • 5 years' experience within Program Management

  • 3 years' managing Compliance Programs across an enterprise

  • Data Privacy Program Management experience preferable

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the program development and strategy, goals, and projects, based on multi-stakeholder requirements.

  • Responsible for the coordination of program and projects planning, roadmap management.

  • Shapes, documents, and executes projects of variable risk, complexity, and visibility, actively participating in all phases of the project, including post-execution deliverable follow-ups.

  • Develop or assist in developing business cases for large projects with significant impact to company goals.

  • Ensures appropriate sponsorship and works closely with partners in the business units to deliver projects in a matrix environment.

  • Responsible for producing all typical program documentation - detailed program and project plans, work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports:

  • manage the development of effective annual and monthly reporting, presentations, and documentation, including updates to senior and cross-functional stakeholders, and program team.

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management.

  • Develop and manage program/project road maps, and analysis of program and project performance.

  • Develop, deliver, and implement training, communications and event programs.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, as required, on a wide range of program topics.

  • Manage the program calendar, and administration, including regular and ad-hoc meetings and meetings minutes.

  • Design and implement effective change management processes to record and structure the main decision points regarding technology, processes, and policies.

  • Additional program and project administrative tasks, as required.
