Trust in SODA has partnered with an innovative FinTech start-up who are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join their team! You'll be working in a cross-functional environment with high-skill-set engineers to work on bespoke, high-traffic solutions that will be used by millions of people a day.

The Role

• You will be developing high-traffic FinTech systems that deliver prices within different industries to millions of consumers.
• Working on bespoke services with architectures created specific to the needs of the client's industry sector.
• You will own your code - Backend, Frontend, and Infrastructure.
• Contribute to the strategic decision-making over the direction of the codebase and stack.
• Work in cross-functional teams of Engineers and Product Managers who are experts in their fields.

Must Haves

• You have a proven track record in building complex backends and state-of-the-art frontend applications from scratch using Typescript, Node and their ecosystems.
• You know how to build software using event-driven, microservice-based architectures.
• You feel comfortable in a "you-build-it-you-run-it" engineering culture and have experience with CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes - preferably within an AWS environment.
• You know how to implement message queuing protocols.
• You live by clean coding principles and believe in testing.

Bonus

• FinTech experience.
• Knowledge of German is advantageous.

Work Arrangements -

Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office.

English-speaking work environment.
