The focus on this Information Architect will be:

• Drawing up an integrated and consolidated data model for the organization's data in order to be able to exploit it properly and to guarantee applications of good usability and sustainable quality, this includes:

1. Take a leading role in mapping the various data flows and objects within NISSE, both technically and business-wise.
2. Development of a data catalogue, an overview of the data flows and a conceptual data model about the entire organization
3. Maintain previous deliverables and ensuring their continuity in order to meet the needs and ensure the efficiency of the information systems

• Co-developing, continuously optimizing and monitoring the enterprise architecture (focus: data/information)
• Contribute to the definition, documentation, maintenance and communication of the necessary methodologies and standards
• Support strategic decisions, among other things by determining the impact of different scenarios and providing the essential and sufficient information to be able to make the decision
• Contribute to the detailing and concretization of the target architecture, supported by the organization and in line with IT and business strategic objectives
• Contributing to the definition of transformations: contributions in business cases (e.g. Buy vs. Build), RFPs, defining master plans and programs, realization of proofs of concept, ...
• Monitoring the quality of the products that ICT develops, in collaboration with (among others) the Quality Office
• Contribute to the identification, classification and mitigation of information security risks in IT systems and processes to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, with extra attention to maintaining the integrity of sensitive data

You will be the point of contact for all matters relating to the exchange or manipulation of data

• collect, exchange and disseminate information internally as well as externally
• improve and encourage communication around architecture, its objectives/ finalities and added value, contributing to the effective functioning of the service. (alignment)
• collect, filter and transfer information: within the EA cell, IT, the business, external data suppliers, and between the other stakeholders involved
• answering questions from both internal and external parties
• Be the general point of contact for everything concerning the domain of data architecture or data management
• Developing relationships, building a network that increases the visibility, impact and added value of the EA cell and data management
