Job Title: Employee Relations and Policy Manager
Salary: £55K
Location: London- Hybrid (3 Days onsite)
I am recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist for leading Telco provider. You will play a critical role in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, providing strategic HR advice, and supporting organizational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary cases.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on employee relations matters.
- Leading and executing key ER projects within the business.
- Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with best practices.
- Managing relationships with external legal counsel.
- Supporting and/or leading organizational change initiatives, including TUPE, redundancy consultations, and senior exits.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in employee relations, with a deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices. You will be a confident and influential communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
