Data Engineer

My client is looking to grow their Data Engineering team to support and deliver on an existing data project. To be considered for the role you will have a strong background in Python and exposure to AWS.

The project goal is to provide a "single source of truth" for all business processes and analytical activities, enabling data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting for users with varying levels of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance BAU data solution processes, including ETL workflows and table refreshes.
• Integrate data from various sources to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Utilise Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Scala, or Kafka for efficient data processing.

Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing.
