Job description
Role: Customer Service Advisor - 6 Month FTC
Location: Shoreditch (3 times a week in the office)
Salary: £60K(Pro-rata)
About the Role
I am looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for proactively addressing customer concerns, providing support, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound queries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and aim for one-call resolution.
- Liaise with operations teams to address service delivery issues.
- Resolve billing queries and ensure accurate communication.
- Focus on customer retention and loyalty.
- Build trust and relationships with customers.
- Advise customers on products and services that best suit their needs.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven customer service experience in a contact center environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).
- Telecommunications industry knowledge.
