Trust in Soda is excited to partner with a leading firm in the technology sector to seek a proficient Cloud Architect. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative cloud-based solutions, driving digital transformation and cloud adoption strategies. The position is ideal for someone with a strong background in cloud architecture, eager to impact a diverse and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Leading cloud migration and digital transformation projects.
• Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
• Implementing best practices in cloud security, compliance, and governance.
• Providing technical leadership in the selection and deployment of cloud services.
• Architecting solutions using a mix of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Conducting system performance analysis and optimization for cloud deployments.

Essential Skill Set:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in cloud architecture, preferably in a large-scale, global setting.
• In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly advantageous.
