Rate: 800-1000EUR/Day
Location: The Hague
Length: 12months

The client has put Corporate Binding Rules (BCR) in place that apply to all client entities to ensure protection of personal data of employees, customers etc is safeguarded in line with applicable data privacy laws and regulations. These BCR have been approved by the regulator and need to be considered as a legal agreement between the client and the regulator. To now ensure that they can prove compliancy with these agreed BCR it is pivotal that all entities including portfolio companies fully comply with the underlying IT Control Framework.
