Agile Coach / Product Owner

My client, an established and highly rated IT Consulting business are looking for a scrum master and product owner to lead and guide one of their scrum development teams in realizing a set of projects. In addition, there is also an important coaching component on agility regarding the other scrum teams.
For this mission I'm looking for someone with a polyvalent profile who has proven experience as a developer, functional analyst and business analyst. I'm looking for someone who can lead and guide a team. In this sense, a proven and recent experience as scrum master and product owner is not only essential, but we also ask for certification in the field of scrum master, product owner and agility.
You are responsible for researching and analyzing questions and changes from the business. You help to refine the vision, facilitate changes and determine the scope of large and complex development requests. You help to translate problems into concrete needs and to find feasible solutions that, preferably, have proven their usefulness elsewhere.
We are looking for someone who can make bridges to the various stakeholders and motivate them to go along with an agile scrum approach and service design with a strong involvement of the end user. The aim is to quickly arrive at concrete results that add value to the business and where, together with the business, it is determined what the solution should look like (product discovery and minimum viable product approach). You have proven experience in setting up and facilitating workshops, focus groups and other participatory thought processes. You know how to structure and manage processes for optimal productivity. You have a creative and pragmatic approach. You will combine strong analytical and technical skills with the conceptual thinking needed to formulate innovative solutions and architectures. You are also a natural networker looking for impact (without necessarily having to rely on hierarchical skills). You should also be able to inspire your interlocutors and convince them to contribute to the project!
