My client are one of the biggest and well-known brands in the world. They are looking for strong expertise in Production, and 3D or tech project development (Art specific production skills are a bonus). This role will involve the day-to-day running of the team, helping consolidate production plans, tracking of deliverables, cross-functional communication and collaboration.
The right person can effectively be both strategic and execution-oriented and is analytical and creative. You should have strong communication skills and proactively seek collaboration between functions.
Most importantly, they are looking for someone self-driven and independent, with a product thinking mindset that can identify needs and help the art team commit to and deliver on time and to the agreed quality level.
They are not looking for in-depth Art or 3D technical expertise. This is a Project Development and facilitating role. As an example, the candidate is not expected to have the full technical knowledge to propose in-depth solutions themselves but should have production knowledge and facilitating skills that enable the Art team to overcome complex challenges efficiently.
Requirements
- They should have experience in tech, games, or 3D production development
- Demonstrate an aptitude for collaboration, planning, and execution
- Demonstrate that they are able to drive & oversee production across one or more product surfaces and systems.
- Showcase an ability to define standardization, and workflows via processes for both immediate team members and broader partners.
- Strong knowledge in tracking, forecasting and budgeting resources or finances to account for complex scopes of work.
- Can drive the vision to completion through engagements with internal and external partners to negotiate medium to large engagements
