Ben is our Co-Founder and Managing Director for Broadgate UK & EU, sister-brand to SODA. Ben co-founded Broadgate in January 2015 with a commitment to create a recruitment agency built around people, culture, and excellence.

Ben grew Broadgate quickly, attracting talented recruiters and working with the most exciting high-growth and tech-enabled businesses across the UK, before expanding into Ireland. In 2018, Ben co-founded BioTalent, bringing the same goal and energy to the life sciences recruitment sector. Ben became a senior advisor to Ex-Military Careers, now our own social enterprise and his success across all businesses saw him win NatWest Entrepreneur of the year in 2019. In 2021 Ben moved from a brand to a Group role, as Chief Commercial Officer. Then Trinnovo Group Managing Director for the US, Ben is led our strategic growth into the states, opened an office in Boston following the success of our LA office, and oversaw the expansion of our East and West Coast teams for all our Trinnovo Group brands, before moving back to continue the exceptional growth of our Broadgate brand.
