Recently, we hosted an unconscious bias training workshop for the Digital Team at Virgin Money. Led by our Learning and Development Manager, Ollie Gould, we investigated human behaviour and applied this topic to specific hiring situations, focusing on adjustments and the diversity of thought we can all make when assessing talent. We were delighted to receive such a warm response from the team at Virgin Money.
