Melissa is an internationally-recognised senior diversity equity and inclusion leader operating in the technology industry.

Melissa is the global head of diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) at Collibra, the data intelligence leader. She was the global DEI lead at Peakon, the people analytics company, and has led global DEI in client-facing and internal environments for a number of high-growth technology and professional corporations including Accenture.  She is a member of the DEI advisory group led by CapitalG, Alphabet’s private equity firm, an Ambassador for Teach First, and a DEI speaker and writer. She is powered by knowledge and experience and holds a professional certificate in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University, as well as a post-graduate certificate in education from UCL, and a BA (Hons) from King’s College London.
