Trinnovo Group is an international, DEI-focused recruitment agency with offices in London, Manchester, Dublin, Los Angeles, Boston and Zug (Switzerland). We are three brands – all award-winning – Trust in SODA (IT), Broadgate Search (Governance) and BioTalent (Life Sciences) plus we have our own unique social enterprise, Ex-Military Careers offering job transition support to UK and US veterans.
Our mission is to build diversity, create inclusion and encourage workplace innovation. Our values of collaboration, passion and innovation align with our mission: they are the cornerstone of our culture - how we operate internally, our training, leadership development, new hires, and, externally, across our client and candidate recruitment processes, and in our committed social outreach.
We have built unique platforms including Ex-Military Careers, Women in DevOps and Ethnicity Talks to empower diversity and inclusion solutions in our markets. We support employment initiatives, such as FastFutures, and charities, such as Street League and Smart Works, which aim to help improve job outcomes for socially disadvantaged groups. We established a group-wide employee DEI committee at the start of 2020 which continued to meet during lockdown. Employees now own the narrative and contribute ideas to leadership.
This commitment translates into an exceptional DEI offering to clients and candidates:
- Sourcing diverse, hard-to-reach talent
- DEI-focused selection process including diverse long and shortlists
- Focused L&D including psychometric processes, neuro-diversity awareness and diversity training to counter conscious and unconscious bias – supporting equitable candidate talent outcomes
- Diversity data analysis

We look forward to working with her to further our mission to build diversity, create inclusion and encourage workplace innovation.”
